Materials and formulations for biomedical and pharmaceutical applications

The cluster is focused on materials and formulations for biomedical and pharmaceutical applications, with a particular interest in polymers, nanomaterials, self-assembled systems, and surfaces. Examples of applications include drug delivery, biomaterials, medical devices, diagnostics, vaccines, etc. Papers in the cluster report design of these materials and formulations, their physicochemical characterisation, biological studies in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo as well as the discussion of the actual application.
