Abstract
Does it pay to be agreeable at work? The agreeable person is altruistic, trusting and straightforward. Warm, gentle, generous, kind and tolerant. Agreeable people tend also to be modest and tender-minded. They are friendly and soft-hearted. They believe in caring and sharing; coaching and counseling; forgiveness and redemption.
