The registered nonprofit charitable trust Shabnam Resources focuses on the welfare of children and senior women in rural and semi-urban areas in India, particularly on the fulfillment of their needs they are experiencing in destitution. It has practiced peacebuilding in many different spheres for years, modeling a philosophy that does not remain academic yet is practiced every day. The word “shabnam” means “the first rain after a dry spell.” It is the rain that refreshes the earth’s organisms and the minds of people; likewise, Shabnam restores by enacting aspects of love.

Vision: We strongly believe children are made to love. They are not merely a matter of a reproductive result. Concept: Shabnam (the first refreshing rain after a dry spell)
