Abstract
This chapter covers the approach to patients with a pigmented skin lesion, groin swelling, and extremities mass firstly. Then, it describes the management of cutaneous melanoma. It also provides a comprehensive and updated description of retroperitoneal and extremities sarcoma. Furthermore, it covers the abdominal wall hernias from the basic anatomy to the management. It guides the residents through preoperative preparation. It also describes the different repair techniques and the postoperative complications. At the end of this chapter, there are various case scenarios and a checklist to practice and mimic the real clinical exam.
