Abstract
Globally, healthcare is considered a service industry. Whether it’s a public run or private-owned healthcare centers must have its core value as patient-centered care. Patients are not alone. Their families and close ones are equally important while providing care to them. Taking care of a patient and their close ones need an empathetic approach in a timely manner. Survival and progress of healthcare companies are based on the quality of care they provide, and the daily interactions between staff and patients, other people and agencies. Therefore, effective communication is the key for successful relationship with others.
