Abstract
Translaminar lag screw fixation of spondylolysis is an effective but problematic surgery without image guidance. The application of robot can make directly fixing the thin pars interarticularis a procedure of high safety and practicability. Without wide dissection of soft tissue and damage to the blood supply in a minimally invasive robot-guided surgery, the union of spondylolysis and a good long-term result will be more convincing.
