Abstract
Lifelong education serves as the foundation for a learning society and is required for social development. Lifelong education was introduced into China late, but it has become deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. A legislative system for lifelong education has also been established over time. Community education and information technology have laid the foundation for the popularization of lifelong education.
