Abstract
The rapid development of urbanization has attracted numerous migrant workers from the countryside to the cities, which has promoted economic development and social change. However, it also means that the children of migrant workers receive their education in a dilemmatic situation with or away from their parents. While urbanization is inevitable, it poses some problems for the current regional compulsory education system in China. Therefore, comprehensive reform is needed, including rational allocation of educational resources.
