Abstract

In view of gas stations’ flammability and explosive susceptibility, not only the planning and development of urbanization restricted but also the higher requirements for their construction and management are put forward. Seeking a more safe and convenient way of refueling is taken as the bottleneck that the future oil sales enterprises must break. Based on the topological theory, a new design idea of gas station has been put forward for the first time. The idea is based on the supply stations. No stations in the radiation area set up buried oil tanks, which are supplied by pipelines, and the set of the refueling point is not in the form of a gas station. Instead, self-service refueling machines are set up in densely populated areas such as parking and residential areas according to demands. Based on this design idea, not only the hidden danger and risk of traditional gas stations eliminated or reduced but also the uneven utilization rate caused by spatial distribution of traditional gas stations are effectively improved. Great attention is focused on the oil transportation technology of topological gas station, the principle of constant pressure automatic control, the determination of radiation radius, the equipment selection of the supply station, and the structural form of buried pipeline. A solid foundation will be laid for the design of topological gas station and sustainable development of danger industry in the city.
