Abstract
A 65-year-old male patient entered a local hospital with visual complaints of a black shadow in his temporal field OD, which rapidly grew larger in the subsequent 3 days. He was given prednisolone 4# bid for 10 days. However, there was no improvement after medication. He visited us for a second opinion concerning blurry vision in the right eye.
