Abstract
The energy-saving industry is an important part of the energy-saving and environmental protection industry, which is one of seven strategic emerging industries in China. By analyzing the distribution of patented technologies of the energy-saving industry in China, the following conclusions can be drawn: the energy-saving industry is not yet mature, with the competition in industrial technology fiercer; the distributions of patented technologies is unbalanced, of which innovation activities in the technological field of the environmentally air-conditioning and heat pump is more active; Japan, Korea and other multinational companies are more prominent in the development of energy-saving industry in China; the domestic technological innovation is dominant in quantity, while some core technologies are still powerful controlled by foreign patentees.
