Abstract
More and more students with diagnosed learning disabilities opt to attend post-secondary educational opportunities after completing high school. The attrition rate, though, for students with learning disabilities at the post-secondary level remains high (Bonanni, 2015). In public schools, there is a portion of the Individual Education Plan (IEP) devoted to transition planning.
