Abstract

A significant body of research from both the fields of business and education suggest that the culture and climate of an organization can support productivity, and in the case of schools, student success. The cultural values and beliefs within schools create the environment that promotes student achievement. Harmony Public Schools (HPS) has implemented deliberate systems within its schools to encourage student success in STEM content.
