Abstract
STEM education is very critical in growing the workforce and is needed to drive our nation’s innovation and competitiveness. A presidential report (PCAST, 2010) states that STEM education is going to play the most crucial role in determining who is going to lead other nations in technological innovation and provide solutions to urgent problems in energy, health, and environment.
