Abstract
The deplorable state of the ‘educational sector’ in Nigeria calls for urgent interventions. It is a known fact that education is not only considered a human right worldwide, but is a ‘fundamental’ human right. It is also a fundamental truth that every nation in the present world stage and age that does not have education as the prime project considers underdevelopment as an alternative in her agenda.
