Abstract
As a professional activity educational assessment in Africa has been undergoing rapid changes in the last thirty years. No wonder Africa’s professional education assessment practitioners found it necessary to form an association which has been meeting annually in a form of a conference to deliberate on the challenges that face the continents education provision and its quality assurance.
