Abstract

Mrs. B, a highly intelligent and obsessive woman in her seventies, calls the ombudsman office almost every day, lately. Despite many health problems, she has thrown herself into the life of the adult home/assisted living facility where she lives. She takes notes at resident council meetings, and sees to it that they are posted according to the regulations.
