Abstract
In accordance with Article 44, 45, 47 and 48 of the Convention, the Commission or a High Contracting Party may, in certain circumstances, bring a case concerning the interpretation and application of the Convention before the European Court which is set up in accordance with Article 19 (b).

Selon les articles 44, 45, 47 et 48 de la Convention, la Cour européenne prévue à l’article 19 b) peut, sous certaines conditions, être saisie par la Commission ou par une Haute Partie Contractante d’une affaire concernant l’interprétation et l’application de la Convention.
