Abstract
The skills of any one person are the product of his unique history as an individual. He was born with particular potential into a particular culture, brought up in a particular family and community, and educated and trained in particular institutions at particular times. As an adult he has behind him his personal set of experiences in work and leisure. All these influences have steered the development of his repertoire of skills.
