Abstract
The development of neoplasms in non-cancer patients due to therapy and analgesics abuse on the one hand, and the development of neoplasms in cancer patients due to therapy and treatment on the other, will be discussed in this chapter. The survival time of cancer patients has been increased substantially for certain types of neoplasms, especially by combination therapy, in particular, chemo- and radiotherapy. But this success became less pronounced by the appearance of secondary neoplasms in long-term survivors.
