Abstract

Attempts to speed up artificially the comprising of northern ethnoses in a market economy context of the contemporary strategy of reforms are the new variant of the already self-discredited policy of “the acceleration” of social and cultural development of the northern aboriginal peoples. In real life it was “fitting” by force their life style according to new standards, but by now it is by economic incentives. The aboriginal peoples by these reforms are groups of the modern industrial society. But these northern peoples have another organization and self-organization of their labour and all life activities.
