Abstract
Seen from the Earth, the sky is blue; seen from outer space, the sky is black. Similarly, many things are just a matter of one’s perspective. Such is the case with negotiation. So much of what has been written about negotiation has come from a rather limited pool of experience based on illustrations taken from industrial societies (e.g., collective bargaining, business negotiations, international conflict resolution, etc.). In this project we wished to go beyond that established work and strike out in a more unconventional direction.
