Abstract
We have seen that any cartesian model gives a sound semantics for x-calculus, any CBPV adjunction model gives a sound semantics for CBPV, etc. But it is useful to know that every model of x-calculus is a cartesian category, so that when we search for cartesian categories, we are not excluding a potentially interesting model.
