Introduction

Abstract

This is why I use tailor-made metaphors, which just like maps clearly depict the entire spectrum of organizational processes, bringing both internal and external process chains back to its original unity. This metaphorical mirroring opens up complete new levels of reflection and joins what was previously perceived as two separately existing levels of introspection, together. These are tangible qualities, which we in our creative capacity, can successfully bring to the discourse of business, as well as to society at large.
