Abstract
Kaizen workshops are swift events managed by specific teams for improvement that strive to identify waste in the timespan of about a week. In advanced organizations where Lean, Six Sigma and other TQM organizations rule, teams that strive for continuous improvement are usually organized into two different categories according to the target that has been set. These two categories are usually the following:
