Riassunto

Questo lavoro si pone l’obiettivo di avviare una riflessione su quanto in psicopatologia è stato denominato «Disturbo da Deficit di Attenzione e Iperattività» (ADHD), proponendone una lettura e un approccio di tipo cognitivo-evolutivo (Lambruschi, 2004). Una prospettiva, diciamo, integrativa, che nulla toglie e nulla nega all’ottica cognitivo-comportamentale classica, ma anzi cerca di integrarvi la dimensione evolutiva, con particolare riferimento al Modello Dinamico-Maturativo di Patricia Crittenden (1997, 1999, 2008) e inserisce il bagaglio concettuale e tecnico cognitivo-comportamentale entro una cornice che cerca di osservare i sintomi nel loro valore funzionale all’interno della qualità dei legami d’attaccamento che il bambino è stato in grado di strutturare con le figure significative del proprio ambiente.
