Abstract

The context is very important in Knowledge Management. With this in view, the scope of review of the literature has been girdled. The rectification of knowledge in the domains of entity and asset is an important and pivotal point of this chapter. The rationale that knowledge is an asset and it can be managed is the hallmark of this part of the book. Knowledge Management Implementation is an onerous task for organizations. Accordingly, the aspects and stages of Knowledge Management Implementation have also been provided. Various human resource tools such as culture, structure, systems, training, and reward and recognition are mentioned in this chapter. The tools provided by information and communication technology have also been elaborated from the contextual point of view. The development of hypothesized model for implementation is the concluding part of this chapter.
