Obviously, anaphylaxis is an unavoidable aspect of the practice of medicine. With the growing use of polypharmacy and the present epidemic of allergic disease, its incidence is increasing [1].
Although it is not possible to prevent all such episodes, some general preventive measures can reduce the frequency and severity of these events (Table 1).
