Abstract
Training of balance function is crucial for eliminating sport in children. In children with labyrinthine disorders, integrated training consisting of vision, somatic sensation, and joint sensation could facilitate progress of delayed motor development. In children of congenital and acquired vestibular loss central vestibular compensation is stimulated by visual or proprioceptive sensory and motor integration in the cerebellum and cerebrum.
