Auszug
Da die GmbH im Wege eines notariellen Gesellschaftsvertrages errichtet wird, bezeichnet man die davor liegende Zeit als Vorgründungsstadium. Entsprechend nennt man diesen losen Zusammenschluss „Vorgründungsgesellschaft“ oder „GmbH in Gründung“ (GmbH i.G.), wenn bereits Geschäfte getätigt werden42.
