Abstract
Die zunehmende Bedeutung der Beschaffung auf den Unternehmenserfolg führt auch zu einer steigenden Wahrnehmung der impliziten Beschaffungsrisiken. Verschiedene Entwicklungen im Management von Lieferketten sorgen für einen Anstieg der Anzahl der möglichen Risiken. Besonders anspruchsvoll gestaltet sich die Aufgabe der Risikoquantifizierung. Dafür müssen zunächst die Anforderungen an eine geeignete Methode geklärt werden. Außerdem ist nach einer entsprechenden Modellvariable zu suchen, wobei an dieser Stelle die Lieferzeitabweichung als besonders geeignet angesehen wird. Anschließend erfolgt die Vorstellung eines Verfahrens, welches eine Quantifizierung von Lieferzeitabweichung für beliebig strukturierte Supply Chains ermöglicht. Ein Vergleich mit den definierten Bewertungskriterien unterstreicht die Eignung der entwickelten Methode.
