Abstract

This chapter describes the case study to theorize about and test the last stage of the UCAN process model (working prototype). It is tested with a method used for evaluating technology acceptance. Also case study findings are presented in offering design guidelines for NFCbased Ubicomp applications. This chapter covers the mobile phone ticketing system of a public transportation company.
