Zusammenfassung
Die dritte Möglichkeit zur Interkulturalisierung des TMS-Modells besteht darin, eine „Kulturrolle“ zu integrieren. Das ursprüngliche Teamrad wird um eine neunte Rolle ergänzt, deren Hauptaufgabe die Integration der Kultur in das Team sowie die Zusammenführung alle Teammitglieder ist. Daher wird die Rolle „Zusammenführender Kulturintegrator“ genannt. Abb. 29 zeigt die Integration der Kultur in das Team Management System anhand der neunten Kulturrolle.
