Zusammenfassung
Zuerst sollten die offenen Angelegenheiten im Prozess angegangen werden. Anschließend sollen die neuen oder veränderten Rollen bearbeitet werden. Im nächsten Schritt folgt die Beurteilung der Effizienz des Rolleninhabers aus der Sicht des Managements und dann schließlich die der Zufriedenheit des Mitarbeiters. Dies soll für alle Rollen durchgeführt werden. Bei Bedarf sollten Änderungen in Auftrag gegeben werden. Die gewonnenen Erfahrungen sollten an den Wissensmanagementprozess (WM) weitergegeben werden. Der in Abb. 20:00-1 veranschaulichte Prozess soll periodisch wiederholt werden.
