Zusammenfassung
Konzentrationsbestimmungen von Herzglykosiden werden im wesentlichen bei zwei Fragestellungen gefordert: Untersuchung der Pharmakokinetik und Überwachung von Plasmaspiegeln. Während pharmakokinetische Arbeiten — insbesondere wenn es sich um neuartige Glykoside handelt — die Domäne der Isotopentechnik sind, werden Digitalis-Plasmaspiegel zur Therapiekontrolle mit größtenteils käuflichen Assays gemessen.
