Zusammenfassung
Trotz einer Vielzahl an unterschiedlichen Therapiemodalitäten und -varianten lässt sich der therapeutische Effekt von jedem Nierenersatzverfahren stets mit zwei therapeutischen Größen objektiv beschreiben: Entzug und Therapiedosis. Die klinische Bedeutung dieser beiden wichtigen Kenngrößen wird im folgenden Kapitel ausführlich erklärt, als spezifische Variante der Hämofiltration wird zudem das Konzept der Prädilution mit seinen Vor- und Nachteilen besprochen
