Zusammenfassung

Die Hüftdysplasie zählt zu den häufigsten Ursachen einer vorzeitigen Arthrose des Hüftgelenks. Mit der dreifachen Beckenosteotomie nach Tönnis und Kalchschmidt (3FBO) steht ein sehr effektives Verfahren zur operativen Behandlung der Hüftdysplasie im Kindes- und Erwachsenenalter zur Verfügung. Unter den vielfältigen Verfahren zur Pfannenkorrektur am Hüftgelenk beachten nur sehr wenige die komplexen Bandverbindungen und die Perfusionssituation am Hüftgelenk.
