Zusammenfassung
Die instabile Schenkelhalsfraktur des Erwachsenen galt lange als eine „unsolved“ oder „unsolvable fracture“, bis für die älteren Patienten die Endoprothese als gute Lösung des Problems gefunden war. Für jüngere und aktive Menschen hat sich diese Lösung leider nicht als ideal erwiesen, weil frühe Lockerungen und kurze Standzeiten der Endoprothese beim jungen Patienten zwangsläufig zu Wechseloperationen und zu zunehmendem Knochenverlust führen. Die hier vorgestellte Operationstechnik ermöglicht bei korrekter Ausführung eine schonende, anatomische, geschlossene Reposition und eine stabile Osteosynthese mit geringen Komplikationsraten bezüglich Pseudarthrosen und Femurkopfnekrosen vor allem beim jungen Menschen.
