Zusammenfassung

Der Goldstandard bei der operativen Versorgung von Azetabulumfrakturen, die vor allem den vorderen Pfeiler betreffen, ist die offene Reposition und innere Fixation über den ilioinguinalen Zugang, der von Emile Letournel eingeführt wurde. Der Pararectus-Zugang nach Keel oder der modifizierte Stoppa-Zugang mit äusserem Iliumfenster sind neuere, alternative Zugänge, speziell für die Versorung von geriatrischen Azetabulumfrakturen.
