Zusammenfassung
Es gibt unzählige Formen von Herzrhythmusstörungen, wobei viele Patienten mit Herzrhythmusstörungen nicht intensiv- oder überwachungspflichtig sind. Dies beginnt bei einfachen Extrasystolen, AV-Block I°, SA-Block I°, Vorliegen einer Präexzitation mit einer Delta-Welle im EKG, Couplets, leichten Sinusbradykardien etc. Sobald diese Rhythmusstörungen jedoch potenziell bedrohlich werden oder gar zu einer Beeinträchtigung der Hämodynamik bzw. der Atmung führen, sind eine Aufnahme auf der Intensivstation und eine Intervention unumgänglich.
