Zusammenfassung

Um die Führung, die ein Team als Richtungsweisung benötigt, geht es im vorliegenden Kapitel. Führung bedeutet, dass eine Person andere Personen und Sachmittel dahin gehend beeinflusst, dass ein von ihr vorgegebenes Ziel erreicht werden kann. Dabei ist Führung im Alltag von Führung im Notfall, um die es hier im gesonderten geht, zu unterscheiden: Führung im Alltag beinhaltet administrative Aufgaben und eine Ausbildungsfunktion, Führung im Notfall hat einen höheren Anteil an koordinierenden Handlungen. In diesem Kapitel geht es vor allem um erfolgreiche Führung im Team und welche Faktoren diese ausmachen. Erfolgreiche Führung ist sowohl von der Führungskompetenz der Führungsperson abhängig als auch von der Teamfähigkeit jedes einzelnen Teammitglieds.
