Zusammenfassung
Die Bandbreite der menschlichen Motorik ist riesig. Motorische Lernprozesse führen zu neuer, manchmal spektakulärer Motorik, wobei die Basis der Reflexmotorik auf Rückenmarksebene und die automatisierte Motorik auf Hirnstammebene erhalten bleiben, auch wenn sie nicht immer zu erkennen sind.
Obwohl die Reflex- und automatisierte Motorik diese motorische Bandbreite dominieren, führt eine Erweiterung bewusster Motorik in Form von motorischen Lernprozessen und deren Einbeziehung in unbewusste Bewegung zur Erweiterung der motorischen Vielfältigkeit.
