Zusammenfassung

Gute Geburtshilfe hat eine gesunde und glückliche Mutter und ein gesundes und zufriedenes Kind zum Ziel. Das perinatale Management fetaler Fehlbildungen hat das mittel- und langfristig bestmögliche Outcome für das Kind zum Ziel. Bereits pränatal sollten Fachärzte aller Disziplinen involviert werden, die voraussichtlich nach der Geburt die Fehlbildungen klinisch versorgen werden. Dies ist besonders bei gleichzeitigem Vorliegen von Fehlbildungen mehrerer Organsysteme geboten. Für ein interdisziplinäres Perinatalzentrum der Maximalversorgung (z.B. Medizinische Hochschule Hannover) sind u. a. erforderlich: Neonatologen, Kinderchirurgen, Kinderkardiologen und pädiatrische Intensivmediziner, Kinderkardiochirurgen, ECMO-Spezialisten, Kinder-Nephrologen und -Hepatologen, pädiatrische Transplantationsspezialisten, plastische Chirurgen, Mund-Kiefer-Gesichts-Chirurgen und Neurochirurgen. Dieses Kapitel beschreibt pränatale Bildgebung, Genetik, Pathophysiologie, pathologische Anatomie sowie Vorschläge für das Management der Geburt für relevante fetale Fehlbildungen.
