Zusammenfassung

Produktentwicklung ist ein zentraler Erfolgsfaktor für Unternehmen. Neben produktspezifischen Zielen nehmen Projektpläne, Kostenziele, vertragliche Rahmenbedingungen mit Kooperationspartnern, verfügbare Ressourcen oder auch internationale Handelsvereinbarungen maßgeblichen Einfluss auf die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten eines zu entwickelnden Produkts. Das Zielsystem für die Entwicklung eines Produkts ist somit gekennzeichnet von Interdisziplinarität und Dynamik.
