Zusammenfassung
1. Als Behandlungsfall gilt die gesamte ambulante Versorgung, die von demselben Arzt nach der ersten Inanspruchnahme innerhalb von drei Monaten an demselben Patienten zu Lasten desselben gesetzlichen UV-Trägers vorgenommen worden ist. Stationäre belegärztliche Behandlung ist ein eigenständiger Behandlungsfall auch dann, wenn innerhalb der 3 Monate ambulante Behandlung durch den Belegarzt erfolgt.
