Zusammenfassung

Entsprechend der Gliederung der Unternehmenslogistik nach den Phasen des Güterflusses ist die Produktionslogistik zwischen der Beschaffungs- und der Distributionslogistik angeordnet und verbindet diese miteinander. Die Produktionslogistik umfasst alle Aktivitäten, die in einem Zusammenhang mit der Versorgung des Produktionsprozesses mit Einsatzgütern (Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe sowie Halbfertigerzeugnisse und Kaufteile) und der Abgabe der Halbfertig- und Fertigerzeugnisse an das Absatzlager stehen.
