Zusammenfassung
Die optischen, spektroskopischen bzw. spektrometrischen Verfahren in der analytischen Chemie beruhen auf einem gemeinsamen Merkmal, nämlich der Wechselwirkung von Materie und Energie in Form von Strahlung. Die Strahlung umfasst den Bereich der Radiowellen bis hin zu den Gammastrahlen ( Abb. 8.1; als „Licht“ wird nur der sichtbare Teil des elektromagnetischen Spektrums (Wellenlänge: 400 nm bis 800 nm) bezeichnet.
