Zusammenfassung
Beim Umgang mit Zytostatika besteht für Pflegende bei einer ungeschützten Exposition das Risiko einer mutagenen oder reproduktionsschädigenden Wirkung oder – bei direktem Hautkontakt – einer Hautreizung. Werden die in Empfehlungen und Gesetzen definierten Schutzmaßnahmen eingehalten, besteht jedoch keine Gefahr. In diesem Kapitel werden mögliche Risiken und die entsprechenden Schutzmaßnahmen vorgestellt.
