Zusammenfassung
Das Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über flexible Vertragsmodelle und untersucht ihre Anwendbarkeit auf agile Softwareentwicklung. Das Kapitel diskutiert Festpreis-pro-Iteration- und Festpreis-pro-Punkt-Modelle, die Modelle "Money for Nothing, Change for Free" und "Shared Pain/Shared Gain" sowie mehrstufige Vertragsmodelle. Bei der Analyse dieser Modelle legt das Kapitel besonderes Augenmerk auf die Einschränkungen und Rahmenbedingungen, denen Auftraggeber unterworfen sind, sowie auf die unterschiedlichen Mechanismen der Vertragsmodelle zur Risikoverteilung unter den Parteien.
