Zusammenfassung
Beratung als eine zielgerichtete Form der Kommunikation kann nur gelingen, wenn neue Erkenntnisse aus der Neurokommunikation berücksichtigt werden. Patienten erleben eine Beratungssituation nur dann als positiv, wenn ihr limbisches System positive Emotionen mit der Situation verbindet sowie möglichst eine intrinsische Motivation für eine Veränderung vorhanden ist.
